Job Description
This is a Sales position whereby you will be calling clients, specifically demand generation and marketing decision makers. The objective is to set appointments for the senior members of our team to meet with the prospect. You will be given one week of one-on-one training about our brand to gain knowledge of the services we provide and the overall value of our business model. In addition, we will provide a talk track, sample scripts and recordings of calls to help you conduct role playing before you begin to make your calls to secure meetings.
Calls will be made daily from a list of leads you will be provided with contact information set up in our cloud-based automated calling system. For each call you will be required to use the script we provide you with and confirm that the person you are speaking to is the right person for us to be working with about purchasing our offerings.
This is a remote position in which you are required to set up 10 qualified meetings per month. Your activity will be tracked daily, and you will be expected to achieve the benchmark number of meetings.
A qualified meeting is defined as the following
- Confirmation that the prospective client you spoke with will attend the meeting.
- During the meeting the senior member of our team will further confirm that the prospect is the decision maker that has the authority, budget, need and a set timeframe as to when they will purchase our offerings.
- There is a second meeting scheduled to discuss a proposal which leads to new business.
Responsibilities
This is an entry-level position for individuals that have a strong desire to sell our services. You will need to secure a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month. If you continuously achieve or exceed your meeting quota you will have the opportunity to become an Account Executive on our team.
Compensation
This is a commission only position. You will earn $100 commission for each qualified meeting that has been approved by your director. Commissions will be paid on the 15th and 30th of each month.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- At least 6 months of call center or Outbound tele sales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
